The experience was great.

On a cross country trip we rolled into Myrtle Beach HD I needed a set of tires. Myrtle Beach HD wouldn't do it. So down the road to The Harley shop on the Beach in North Myrtle Beach. These guys were awesome. They only had 1 tech but got me new rubber and on the road again. Awesome service and friendly staff. THANK YOU!!! You guys and gals are great.

I just recently purchased my third HD motorcycle. I have purchased many vehicles, and by far this was the most enjoyable experience I have had in my 50 years on this planet. We've been coming here the couple of years absolutely love this place. We've never had a problem Kristie amd Janice (I think thats her name short dark haired lady)are the best. They are always welcoming their the main reason we keep going back.

Ive been looking around for a while and found the bike of my dreams. Upon showing up Joe met me in the front lot and treated me like a friend. He showed me around the bike and walked me step by step through the process and when I sat down at Jasons desk to finish the paperwork I truly felt like family. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a Harley-Davidson.

I just want to give Kristie a shout out. She is an amazing customer service associate, from the moment I stepped in the store I felt like a celebrity. She treated me like I was royalty! Helped me pick out some great tops and gave me her honest opinion about what would look good and what would not! I am very impressed with how great the customer service is at North Myrtle Beach Harley Davidson and of course it was all because of Kristie. I am so glad I decided to stop last minute and get a few tops.

5 stars because of Kristine! We want to acknowledge Kristine... Every year that we go to the beach during Bike Week, we always visit this Harley location and every year we are treated generically because I guess thats what you all do during Bike Week. However, this year [2019] our visit was the best visit ever because Kristine treated us like we were special and treated us like we mattered. Kristine gave her time and attention to us and that caused us to spend money at this HD location. Because of Kristines hospitality we had to make a purchase; and we even got a hug from Kristine after our purchase . Kristine, thank you for your hospitality. When we visit next year during Bike Week, we will be looking for you, Kristine!

Was at bike week with a sweet 1999 Kawasaki Drifter 1500, never thinking I would trade. One day I thought I would just drop in and look around. Saw a 2015 HD Road King Police with a very reasonable price tag, but figured I would not receive very much on my trade in, the Drifter. Todd Hooper was my salesperson and I was very surprised at the trade in value that they allowed me. Todd was super helpful, even after the deal was made. so often after the paperwork is done, the sales staff forgets about you, but not Todd. I came away with a sweet deal on a beautiful 2015 Road King Police Edition and I couldn't be happier. From the manager to the sales associate I was treated professionally, I purchased a 2019 Harley Davidson Road Glide Special Wicked Denim Red, my 6th motorcycle however my very 1st Harley Davidson and I must say they really took care of me, it was a very smooth process and now I'm finally realizing what the big deal is in reference to Harley Davidson, it's one big happy family from what I've seen thus far.
